I use MCS as a good divvy stock. They have great real estate holdings on the Las Vegas strip and Nevada has lots of desert to expand into.
Cinema I can see having a big bounce back if Trump gets re-elected but if Disney shows that they can profit off of streaming their big picture releases they might just stop bothering with theaters and others may follow suit. There's still a push to get movies into theaters even in the meme lockdowns so there'll be some pushback to that possibility especially with all the (((Hollywood money))) in big theater chains

OSTK had ~15% and jumped from $28 to $122 in a slow melt-up 4.3x

So realistically expect a 4-5x from the moment before the squeeze. If its a slow melt up then that base is probably $9 before the 40% pop
So *realistic* PT is $50-$100 depending on how rapidly it squeezes. Of course it could go even higher, because non of these examples had 112% of outstanding shares short and 96.8% institutional ownership. We're in extremely uncharted territory here.
