it doesn't work at all, did you read the description?
it requires bitcoin to add turing complete but stateless script, which is unlikely to happen within this decade. Even with that script, it only works for contracts where each step is fully owned by one party. So it works for token transfers, but not for dexes. Uniswap's state is shared by everyone.
The whole thing is a larp at 'development'.
