/biz/ was a containment board to get crypto off of /g/, so it's in the inception itself. That said, we could really use some diversification of assets in here. /smg/ and /pmg/ are good starts, but I wonder how much further it could be taken.

Cause not many people on /biz/ could even afford a basic unit.

I've kept my eyes peeled for a few spots I'd like to invest in. They're rural areas but even there they're priced at such a break even cashflow after capex it's ridiculously. Big money is either just buying at 2 caps and not giving a fuck or people are just running as close to the numbers as possible.

I've only seen sorrow from anyone i know who did any kind of real estate. It may be good now, but can you tolerate being underwater on assload of property mortgages?

Whores are buying homes with their onlyfans money, hundreds of billions in loans are being approved for blacks and other POC that they previously did not have access to, all during a huge recession. This is not a recipe for success.
