How hard is it to learn languages as an adult? I took Spanish for 6 years in middle/highschool but I was always a B-/B student and didn't really put in much effort because I didn't think I was very good at it. I'm interested in restarting Spanish and maybe even trying something harder like Chinese/Arabic. But I've been lead to believe that its hard as fuck to learn a language past childhood.

I speak native tier spanish and close to native tier french ( im quebecois by descent but born in west coast) . i havent seen a decent job that needs either. Its all customer service shit.
