Frens, my dad is about to buy a house for me. He will pay the deposit first but I have to pay for the rest. My salary is 3000 usd, and the monthly house payment is 1400 usd. I am 24 yo, should I take the deal? What is biz take on buying a house and renting?

You can't rob or hack me looking for crips either. I didn't tell my wife I was a crip either. I didn't tell Kalliope I was a crip either. I didn't tell anyone that other than in joking manner. Of which how many millions of your rap listening trash brag that shit of crip allegiance that they take part in?

>> No.23237801

Or should I rent first (300 usd per month) and use the rest of the money into crypto? He does not know about my crypto.

Before you ask, yes he is a controlling father and want to arrange his offsprings' life. I guess this tends to happen when you are the son of someone in the high places.

>Why didnt you ask your father?
Because he has his own agendas which is too much for me to explain, but if you want to know I can write it up.

So what I understand is your salary is 3k, if you take this deal you will have to pay 1.4k per month for x years. Fuck no lmao we are nearing bullrun why the fuck just not put that 1.4k per month into crypto and then just fucking buy the house yourself at the end?

i'd say the only way to make it in this situation is if you are willing to rent out rooms. rent a room or two for $500 + utilities. Live free. Buy Crypto.

This was my initial idea: live in the nissan vanette, shower at the gym, and park at the nearest rest stops for sleeping.

But dad says "what were you thinking anon? What would my friends said if they knew you, the son of someone that is rich as hell, is living in the van? Also, what would your boss/supervisor think of you? No, van is a no.".

And I still said I want a van regardless of his arguments kek. Hopefully he will get tired of me and allow me to buy a van, but I have to keep my options open for now.

>>23237851
This is my goal. I dont want him to prepare everything for me or else I won't learn anything. He once said "I arranged everything so that you guys can have an easy life. I did all of these because I know the best solution.". Then I replied "If you know the best solutions to everything then why are we not a billionaire and why are you and mom still working?". Needless to say I got slapped for saying that, but at least now he knows where I stand.

>>23237899
I dont want the house. I told him this, but he insist. He said I should take the deal so I can move ahead faster than my peers. He thought this life is a race.

Well he love his sons so much (while I hate him and thinking about leaving him once I have made it). A narcissist raised a psycho, and i dont really care kek. It is okay if you hate me because I know I am in the wrong here.

Also, imagine a life where you are his bitch and everything about you got arranged by your dad thus you are not really living your life and be your own self. You become his shadow. Talked to this to a counseling staff at my uni, he said to muster my courage, argue with my dad and stop being a pussy. I got slapped and I felt really good now I know nothing can bring me down. Now I am just searching for ideas and options.

That is what I am trying to avoid. I have been reading biz thread about housing prices and millennials not buying houses, that is why I am asking you guys.

>> No.23238976

>>23238895
millennials arent buying houses because they cant, not because they dont want to, lmao. there isnt some nomad movement going on here, they're literally too fucking poor lmao. zoomers, however, are aquiring real blue-collar tradeskills, and will actually have money. millennials are the odd-generation-out, they're just as entitled and retarded as boomers, but without the easy-street careers available to them, so they're basically going to be parasites until the impending hispanic majority inevitably culls them.

How much is the deposit? It sounds like an awesome head start on life. I'd be a little nervous paying almost 50% of my income on housing but once it's done you have all that equity.
Renting a bedroom out for $400 or $500 per month would help relieve some of the burden and give you some breathing room.

You'll be house poor. And it'll either get to your young undeveloped mind and you won't improve shit, or you'll work hard and make more.

I'd honestly make a deal with your dad to buy the place, rent it out and you be the landlord. When your fathers cut is paid back, either continue to be a jew or move in. And you'll be ready and set to manage bills and such.
