Currently a low 3.45%, but that will continue to change as the d factor moves towards 0. Only 40% of blocks are made by pool operators. That percentage increases by 2-5% every 5 days. I get almost 7% in ANP pool. 4CHAN is a small pool, so delegators do get more ADA per block.

I'm all in on Cardano don't give a fuck about biz scam coins. Look at the performance. Had a 7 billion ADA sell off and bounced back from 0.20 to 0.15 like it was nothing, with the recent news about smart contracts and parternships if btc pumps ADA is going to x5-10. Best part is staking is so easy that there's no real incentive to sell because you're making passive income higher the price more you make.
