Help me figure out how the stock market will behave after the election. If Trump wins will the whole stock market rise? If Biden wins (what I don't believe) will everything crash? What about China stocks, renewable energy etc?
What stocks should I buy if I believe that Trump will win?

Biden is a common corrupt snake oil salesman, swindling his way to personal wealth. Expect 200% demoralisation of the US if he wins.

Historically the stock market does better under democrats. You can look this up yourself - republicans always say that democrats will crash it and it has never happened.

There may be an initial sell off however, but nobody knows:

"As part of his $4 trillion tax plan, Biden has proposed increasing the top tax rate for capital gains for the highest earners to 39.6% from 23.8%, the largest real increase in capital gains rates in history. Economic analyses show that capital gains tax hikes cause a burst of stock-selling in advance of the increase, as investors look to lock in the lower existing tax rates before they rise.

A research paper by Tim Dowd, a senior economist at the U.S. Congress Joint Committee on Taxation, and Robert McClelland, a senior fellow at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center, found that the two previous hikes in capital gains taxes lead to a wave of selling."

It’s not going to materially change. There might be some volatility for a week or so, but at the end of the day, Biden is just a neoliberal retard. The people saying that we’re “going to have socialism if he wins” are just morons.

>> No.23182391

The real threat comes from the full stack, that is, if its all Dems in the government already-partisan initiatives like US CBDC and MMT will become very likely, and so inflation expectations will rise. Then bond yields will rise, which will trigger more QE.

i feel as if they were expecting bernie to win and already had all the ways they were going to attack him set up and when the dnc pulled another piece of chaconary to get biden nominated they made no effort to change it up.

I've seen this post 100 times already. Is one nigger the only vote Biden has?

>> No.23183197

The market is already pricing in a Biden win which is why it didn't fluctate that much with trump almost dying. Also the Chamber of Commerce(if you dont know who this is then you have no right to an opinion on what will happen) is basically ONLY backing democrats now. Let that sink in. The markets want a democrat house, senate, and presidency. Things will be good.

Biden is a wall street pick, probably because they're net short, and they really want to move to bonds/crash the market. Trump is unwanted right now, since stocks are mostly dumb money/middle class wealth.

If you want to hedge against Biden, marry your positions with PUT options so you have the right to sell at the desired price.

You won't have any of that so if the market really wants it, be prepared for a crash.

ITT: speculation, LARPing, but no actual calls.

Here's one

>if Trump wins, leftists/BLM/soros will keep the rioting up, attempt to lockdown cities again to try hurt the economy & the image of a Trump presidency.
>if biden wins, the opposite will happen and assets will pump.
>therefore, if have bet on Trump winning so in either situation, i come out better off.

>last election, all polls & predictions on trump presidency likelihood were way off.
>therefore, the only reason i care about trump's % chance of winning is for a good entry into this position

pic related - if Trump is elected, i triple my investment

It's hard to say. for the first time since ages we can finally hear the MSM reporting on the gigantic pile of government debt. I am convinced both candidates will abuse the FED some more but at some point they will have to stop and let the markets crash. Don't believe in the armageddon stories but it will be pretty bad . Something inbetween 1929 and 2008. But definately worse than 2008

If Biden wins it would make sense for him to let the markets crash brutally , blame it n Trumps policies and then let printer go Brrr on steroids and do big government projects ( infrastructure , green energy etc) for the ' jobs' meme
