I've only been doing it for a few months, and STA even less. I only bought into it like a week ago. I've mostly bought ETH and BTC because they're relatively safe bets, and STA is the first and only defi coin I've bought.
I do know one thing though. There is no such thing as a "guarantee" in crypto, hence why I'm not dropping thousands of dollars on a token I just heard about like 2 weeks ago.

It not only requires a whale, but also a number of dolphins. If people aren't buying/selling then the burn advantage is minimal. It would also require partnerships, an audit by a 3rd party, listings and marketing. These things take time, so while they are setting all of that up. You can pool in uniswap by going to pools and creating a pair. You need to have 1/2 STA and 1/2 ETH for the delta pool. Then you add Liquidity.

You will instantly get returns based on your % of the liquidity pool. It is safe to say you are looking at around 100% APY in fees.

However, you do suffer from impermanent loss. This means if STA suddenly 100x in value. You will not get the full value of that 100x.

This is why it is better to wait for a big pump, then pool.

But it is considered a bad time to pool anyway. because we are expecting the price to go up.
If you put it in one of those pools now you're only holding 50% or 20% STA depending on which pool, so if it does a 3x you're not getting the full 3x. You want to try to pool when you think we've hit a top, that way holding only 20 percent is more desireable for when it retraces.

OR the other time to pool is when you expect it to crab, which it may actually do for a week or so. but I don't think I'd risk missing out on the pump here.

I don't predict this. I predict it to crab up to a near Ath, and then slowly grow. It's too esoteric of a concept for instant money. It won't "slowly grow" until it is big enough not to move easily. Until then, you will for sure have hype cycles making it double, triple, quadruple overnight, followed with a 70-80% dump, followed by another 5x, etc. "big enough" is when it gets in the billions market cap, and even then, it is still easy to make it explode depending on liquidity. Hell, even bitcoin is still a very volatile asset and it is 28000 times bigger than STA.

I wouldn't be surprised to see STA eventually with a bigger mktcap than "current" bitcoin... Actually with the coin burning, STA will eventually have less coins than btc in circulation, and could reach a way higher price.

Future will tell, but I'm VERY confident.

Once you realize how it works, what is in the pipeline, and that all of the investors in the private group aren't selling a penny (and most are still adding to their position) while they have access to some more Intel, you realize the scope and the strength of the project.
