TT is good for learning but honestly everyone finds their own style after a while. If you're running the wheel and don't mind getting assigned and want to make more premium 35 is probably fine. I usually do 15-20 depending on the stock. For TSLA I do about 15 because I don't want to get assigned. Also if you're doing weeklies you have to be careful of gamma because it gets really high near the end of expiration. Am I wrong to say that GME's business prospects look bleak in the long run and because of that, the price will not rise meaningfully in spite of the expected revenue from the new consoles? Everyone knows that next gen consoles are coming, so it is priced in already. The low price is not because they won't generate profit next year (it is expected they will), but because they are unlikely to stay profitable several years later. The social store and esports centre are flashy but don't increase revenue significantly, and while ecommerce growth is great, it is ultimately still selling physical game copies for a large chunk of revenue. Collectibles do not have the same high margins as flipping used games. I recognise that this is a slow process, but physical sales will continue to decline (the fact that they haven't does not indicate that they won't for the next cycle, especially now that game publishers are actively pushing for digital, and with covid). Even with Cohen, I simply don't see a clear path for them to grow because unlike BBBY and Best Buy, which people here make comparisons to, Gamestop is stuck in a segment that has less need for physical sales (BBBY and BB sells products that cannot be downloaded). I would appreciate if someone can offer counterarguments.
