Funny enough, my profits, even today, would have been higher if I never tried to manage my position, as I had sold good portions at $1, $3, and $7 on the way up.

Sure, I wish I sold EVERYTHING at $20 instead of only selling 10% portion at that price. I did the same back when Link first hit $4-5 USD and felt like shit for months. However holding has served me better because I'm just an awful fucking trader, even when I try to sell only when the price moves up. Yes, I realize this could go WAY lower or even completely fucking die, but I've accepted the risks and I can't bring myself to sell in these low ranges. It just has never worked out well for me.

Everytime I've sold some BTC after a dump expecting more, I've lost out on profit. Everytime I bought blood, I've been rewarded. It might not ALWAYS be that case going forward, but I need to take risks and not be a scared little bitch if I want to grow my profits. Selling when price dumps is NOT de-risking. It's just being stupid.
