Does CORE benefit from trade volume outside of Uniswap? Once Binance and others inevitably list it and get a lot of the volume, that will be trading that does not contribute to the LPs, right? So won't CEX listings be bad for CORE?

Well it's not much different than YFI and pretty much all of Defi shit, it's meant to make it easier to yield earnings for you. You're kind of trading smaller but stable returns vs. the potential for huge gains (but also huge losses) by trying to time the market or get in early on new shitcoins.

Then again, there's always the risk of losing everything on these DeFi farms via contract exploits.
