Okay, these guys know what they're doing. They've run target markets and everything. I skimmed over the leaders of NOVS, their financials, and even the investor relations info for AppHarvest.

It appears they've committed to a "reverse merger" and so AppHarvest may never IPO, which is great news because it can deflect micro-industrial risk.

Realistically though, seeing how they are planning to attack, what I consider to be substantively accurately and structured out quite acceptably (by what I've seen), could be a great investment. What I may not research however is the quantitative data on market share, how much they plan to acquire etc. Either way, I'm buying in tomorrow.

For example, Tesla was only valued at 40 billion a few months ago, now its valued at 400 billion. However, do you think its value should be higher or lower? Also, licensing their self-driving car electronics and software to the big boys would be extremely lucrative. There's tons of opportunities for growth, even in a future where Tesla doesn't make cars.
