The DAO can vote to make more tokens. There will be 1b PNK tokens in existence, after the third and final fundraising round. But in theory, the DAO could vote to make more.
Extremely unlikely to happen however, as
a) the price of the token has mooned so much that they have enough funds to last 5 years
b) they got a lot of UNI from using the development funds to provide uniswap liquidity, and have said they will sell this first before selling more dev fund tokens
c) there was a lot of backlash when they made the last round of selling and nobody wants more pnk printed.

you dont get 'free' tokens from solving a court case. imagine the following hypothetical situation:
>you have a court case with a reward of .2 ethereum (paid by the parties involved in the dispute).
>Three jurers are drawn to that case ... now each jurers staked kleros is locked for the duration of the case.

At the end of the case, when no more appeals are attempted all jurers on the winning side get a cut of the ethereum raised by the initial case and all appeals ... in additional, the kleros from jurers on the losing side is redistributed to jurers on the winning side. If all jurers vote perfectly, you just get back the initial kleros you staked.
