My plan is to take half of my stack (roughly 40k) and start pooling portions of it during the pump until we reach like $3-4 at which point I can probably live off the passive income. I'll keep the remaining half on the side in case it moons further beyond say $20 and then either sell or continue to pool.

Do not pool until the price crabs. Pooling won't save you because the pooling balance is garbage. You'd need to be a pool with only 1% STA in order to completely avoid the dump.

Masterplan is to find a group of people willing to buy it at 1$ (which could only last 30 minutes considering the spiky unsustained pumps), the liquidity will still be garbage even after 1$

Let's say that STA pumps to $1, and you pool 100k STA
Then STA dumps back down to 20 cents
Without pooling, that STA is now only worth $20k
But since you pooled, you only lost 20% of that value, and you still have $84k
At this point you can unpool, and either buy back into STA at a much greater position, or spend your profits elsewhere
This isn't even factoring in the extra money you made from pooling
