It's centered on private contracts/ disputes, say you have a minimum wage pajeet in india that you've outsourced your development to, by creating a kleros contract, you both have to be satisfied to have it completed. If he fucks you over in a normal scenario, your money's gone or you'll have to fight for a charge back / some fiver bullshit.

But if it's in a pnk contract the money's locked up until the contracts approved. If one of you aren't satisfied, your ass is taken to kleros court, both of you present your cases. If you were actually shafted, the randomly selected jury has a monetary incentive to select who they believe to be in the right, i.e you. As such you would receive your money back and Gandhi would have to cope being unable to poo in the loo.
