Yes. All you need is time in this industry.

You can live for cheap in southeast asia like a king on 10k a year or less. I'd just buy property, ground and a live in maid. Chill in VR and wait out the bullruns. That 100k will increase far more than living expenses. That's when you know you've made it.

Depends.

For just myself anywhere from $3m to $5m. Realistically $25m as I want to help my whole family retire.

Sounds about right desu. As long as there’s no crazy hyperinflation event to deal with. Allocated appropriately hedges a lot of that risk anyway.

Depends where you want to retire. In some western cities you need $2mil minimum imo. Half just for a property and the other half for passive income assets. Most will need $3mil to feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger and stop wage cucking though. However if you get out of nigger infested capital cities or out of the west you don't even need $1mil if you plan it right.

I'm fine with staying in America and just having a bit more money to eat out and go skiing or hiking a few times a year. $2mm is a good amount so I wouldn't have to budget things, and $3mm would let me be downright frivolous using a mildly conservative 3% draw. Maybe increasing with inflation and cutting back to 2% in tight years. This would allow the base to continue growing and possibly double after 20 years or so not counting inflation. Obviously it would be more than double if you included that but it becomes harder to think that way so I am using today dollar with today spending power in my model's. Just need link to hit 100 so I can cash out half to vanguard and let the other half soar to the moon while I know longer think about money. If steaking makes us as rich as we think I'll buy 50 acres somewhere and a 2,000sqft house with a pool and workshop, should only take about 700k, less if I decide to do a normal pool instead of a lap pool in the basement don't buy all the workshop toys in one go. All I really need is a good girl who will induce lactation for me and be able to maintain my current level of spending and lifestyle comforts. I'd like more but not bad enough to continue waging and investing just for the meme lambo mansion yacht life. With the right friends a pontoon on the lake is every bit as fun as a yacht on the marina. I'm a simple redneck man with simple redneck ambitions.

Never fully retire, own rental properties like my grandparents before me, continue to collect passive income throughout my lifetime until the singularity makes me a cyborg who lives to 500 and has to keep working in order to pay off the loan that enabled me to not die.
