And, as long as Goncalves remains in charge, Cliff now is a buy. G is a CEO with a vision, guts, and great execution. When the economy recovers and if overdue infrastructure projects resume (perhaps in a "New Deal" for jobs), CLF will be best positioned. In flat rolled steel, it iwill have almost monopolist pricing power in the US, as long as imports are handicapped by tariffs. CLF has been undervalued because of the Covid slump and remains even more so after this deal, despite today's 11% price pop.
