I'm looking for the thread now, but UNI twitter is bogged down with so much spam it's ridiculous. Even filtering as much as I can there is still so much shit, and it was friday night I read it, so its taking a while to find. Would be fucking hilarious though. The amount of fomo it would create as people jump back in due to the new liquidity created, as well as how many people would hold their uni for fear of missing out on a future airdrop with similar criteria? Not to mention it's the governance token for the biggest decentralised exchange... some of the stuff mentioned in this thread was really awesome. Think how that scamcunt CZ uses underlies everything in his ecosystem with BNB, and then apply that to uni... only it's decentralised and a huge threat to all of the dominant exchanges out there. Ok hear me out. Say there are 100,000,000 uni tokens right now (for sake of explaining this) and 80,000,00 is stored on exchanges. What if they could blacklist exchange wallets and only air drop to individual user wallets? So instead of the 80,000,000 holders receiving, say 40,000,000 uni airdrop it gets added to the individual wallets instead. Better spread some uni in 100 wallets or something in case this happens.

This is a lot more likely. Uniswap has frequently had more volume than Coinbase. Honeyswap is just flavor of the month. v3 bringing ui improvements, and some amazing incentives for using their platform. Will see people who have stayed away from DEX's making the switch when things are streamlined and normie friendly. Unironically, it's probably a good time to buy BNB... because when that shyster CZ sees what Uniswap has up their sleeves, there is no way he doesn't suddenly announce a new wave of incentives in a futile attempt to compete.

I think so, but I'm not so sure that I'm betting big money. Right now I'm just betting house money on half a core (after taking profit and principal out). If they can fix the unstaking I think it'll stabilize at a much higher price in the long term.
If nothing else, this has been an important lesson on greed anon. Take profits when it starts going parabolic. We've all had to pay our tuition fees to learn that lesson.

New wallets are still selling their 400's, BTC's bart up will probably be met with a bart down soon, and it often takes a couple weeks for post-exchange listing hype to die out. I'd say buy a small stack now at a slight loss to your selling position, but wait for sub-$4 prices before buying big. We've bounced off of the mid-$4's to the mid-$5's, after all. V3 probably won't happen until next year, but there is plenty of stuff that should happen in the interim, including the launching of actual governance which should at the very least cause some hype/fud cycles to profit from.
