I'd say it makes sense for issues where determining the subjective right position is valuable, and that many cases are simple enough that subjectivity isn't a huge deal. The idea as I understand it is to determine the Schelling point in a decentralized way. In many cases, people will vote for the true answer because they expect others to vote for the true answer.

no, the jury selection is random. You have a higher chance of getting selected the more you stake, but if the system actually gets adopted and sees widespread use the chances of any one person being able to influence results like that is minimal.
A more likely and concerning scenario is jurors finding each other online and colluding before hand to ensure consensus, or even finding and accepting bribes from the defending or plantif.

Yeah that's a weak point, basically PNK try to go around this with game theory, if a whale did this it would cost it lots of money, typically more than what is at stake in the litigation. The losing party will be able to make an appeal with a higher jury count, making it even harder to traficate.

There is also something that can be done with the honest minority forking the token but I didn't understood this part so I don't know how good it is.

Basically what I take from it is that the system can be fucked with but as it isn't really worth it to do it's not likely to happen in any non-neglectable capacity. And the more the kleros system is used the harder fucking with it will be, same reason why 51% attacks are possible but harder and harder the more a blockchain is used.

my one concern is it hitting a point where the price per kleros is so high it becomes unfavorable for normal people to be on juries at all. I imagine they would plan on lowering the required staking amount but is something in place to resolve this already and couldn't it get ridiculous if it required the use of percentages of a token?

I really don't understand the logic of No-PNKers. All you have to do is follow /biz/ for like a month to figure out which coins have the most momentum potential in an extended bull run. The probability that PNK absolutely moons is quite high; it's just market psychology. Figuring out exit point is trickier but DCA in and DCA out is always a decent trading strategy instead of pinpointing exact entry/exit points.
