This is why the "class mobility" meme is so retarded. They talk about how in Germany you can move from 20th percentile to 80th percentile income much easier, but it's like the difference between 18k/yr post-tax versus 28k/yr, whereas in America it's the difference between 18k/yr post-tax versus 45k/yr. An assistant professor at a low-tier state college in America gets paid more than the director of a world-class research facility in Germany.

Sweden has the same wealth inequality as the states, despite the fact that it has next to no income inequality.

Not just that, the super markets and discounters are looking to print the "true price" for le climate on their their grocery products.

https://www.presseportal.de/pm/59659/4694141

The next step will obviously be to pay the "true price" or ban products.

This is actually an interesting example of how governments and corporations merge. I think it was in January or February when Merkel and Klöckner said food should be more expensive. Some time after that, Merkel invited representatives from the major grocery store chains. Now, they're probably all coming out with these new prices.

That's public-private partnerships in Agenda 21, and one of the reasons everybody is happy to kill off the small companies and consolidate power in the large corporations so they can be used to rule through them.

and they're going to give everyone basic income in the foreseeable future, probably raising taxes even more to compensate

all in all the pervading idea is that everyone sinks to the bottom as if pulled down there by a gigantic magnet and your average normie is programmed to always do what is easiest for them (extreme egotism) - and not complaining in a PC culture is easiest, so they just endure and die out rather than complain. middle class quickly disappearing as even highly qualified people can't afford things that were thought of as basic not so long ago.

tick, tock. it's clearly a race now: somehow make it and become ridiculously rich or become stuck in the brownish masses - reality TV, unemployment, screaming neighbors, burkas, niglets everywhere, normalization of sexual perversion, garbage on the street (everything used to be perfectly clean, i remember that) and enforced PC culture on top of it all.
i watched TV the other day at someone elses apartment (i never watch TV) and there are sex toy ads in the middle of the day on a goddamn sunday in prime TV now.
the future will be literal heaven for the few billionaires on earth, they will live in incomprehensible (and i mean that) joy and ecstasy. the sad thing is that there will be absolutely nothing inbetween the nexus (star trek) and a kalkutta-like slum.

Because once you're financially independent it's not more expensive.
Instead of paying for a gated community in a cheaper country, wagies pay for your police.
Instead of paying for private schooling, wagies pay for higher quality public schools.
Instead of paying for private health insurance, wagies pay for higher quality public one. And if you need something urgent, then you pay it once, it sucks but it's probably cheaper than the cheaper country.
The list goes on.
Every "good" that socialism brings is paid 100% by wagies and used by everyone. The rich get a nice deal at the end of it all.

The taxation system in Germany is already so high that it's clearly not designed to generate maximum revenue, but to impoverish the German people.

From the perspective of Merkel etc, if it forces people to become dependent on the social system, as you likely will if you lose your job, so much the better. Once you are dependent on them you lose much of the little freedom that you still had. If you are dependent on the social system, now they can tell you where you can live how long you can go on vacation which vaccines you need to take, you lose any choices in the schooling of your children.

Some ideas on how to save money:
* See if you can telecommute. If you can spend most of your time in Eastern Europe, you will could pay a lot less in taxes, rent, and groceries. Eastern Germany has much lower rent prices, even if same taxes.
* Take your expenses to the bare minimum
* In Germany you don't have to pay income taxes if you own an asset for more than a year before you sell it. See if you can find a way of making money that takes advantage of this situation.
* don't get a car. or if you do live in it.

you replied to the wrong guy, but politicians are nothing but representatives taking the blame for the actions of the ruling elite (giving the agenda a face that normies can get wrongfully blame).
virtually everything they do on a national scale furthers the disappearance of the middle class, the corruption of virtues and normalizes sins in its various forms.
healthy food is necessary in order to function well, so of course it gets attacked. also everyone has to spend money on it, so the amount gets increased.

(1) people need to spend more money on food => less money to make it out of the lower class
(2) they function worse when they eat shitty food => less chance to make it out, easier to control
(3) health-craze (completely artificial because people just used to be healthy w/o effort) keeps people occupied and separates them further (divide&conquer, just look at how hostile vegans and other indoctrinates are towards normal people)

Like others said, this seems to target the middle class.
Agenda 21 wants to centralize and control all resources (except for those owned by the oligarchs who started this project). Thus, ramping up the cost of basic necessities might be a convenient way to abolish private property for most people.

There is a strong push to minimize services which interestingly coincides with The Limits to Growth predictions from the 70s:

>Global Industrial output per capita reaches a peak around 2008, followed by a rapid decline
>Global Food per capita reaches a peak around 2020, followed by a rapid decline
>Global Services per capita reaches a peak around 2020, followed by a rapid decline

what you're arguing is that the tax structure as is, is fundamentally a flat tax for those with an income over 300k.
that's the gut of the problem.
the tax structure offloads the tax burden on to those making 40k, when those making 400k still have plenty of fat they can trim.
what's worse is that those bringing in 400k price out those earning 40k from markets like housing.

the pandemic is yet another iteration of the "invisible enemy" meme. every time you hear that we "have to" give up freedoms to fight an invisible enemy, it is tool by the ruling elites to destroy society further.
hint: invisible enemies can neither be proven nor disproven. they could be there (terrorists etc.) or they couldn't. this is why it works so well: normies are afraid to question anything and will require extensive evidence to not go along with anything that fights an *invisible* enemy.

i think the next iteration after the pandemic (its never going away, but just like terrorism it will become a normal part of life) will be MUH HACKERS.
when your electricity goes out in the year 2035 and when supermarkets are empty and your bank account has been magically reset it will always be the invisible enemy again, and gullible as you are you're going to eat that story up and "do your part" to fight them.

about the pandemic:
i don't know about you, but no one in my (extended) died from this invisible enemy, just like the last one (no one died from terrorists either, weird huh).

You have gone back further than me and I agree, it started way back but dont underestimate how clever putin was.
Purely by verbally backing Assad he made it possible for him to survive.
Otherwise the great Western war against terror would have included him in the hit list.
Not being able to directly get involved in toppling assad without causing WW3 meant that the middle East remains perpetually unstable, everyone fighting everyone else.
Without lifting a finger Putin caused europe to move way to the right and the union to start to rip itself apart.

>therefore everyone should have flat tax
you still haven't demonstrated what marginal rates are.

the bigger problem is that a proportional tax based on income implies somehow that their benefit from society is directly proportional to their income.
that's not true, and basing a tax plan on that assumption is dishonest, and therefore, not fair.
ultimately it winds up benefiting inherited wealth and those already owning assets.

I feel you, it is the same thing here in Austria
What really gets me is that most people really don't understand how much better people in the USA, Australia and Canada are living.
The biggest reason why even lower middle class/most poor people enjoy much greater standards of living are low energy prices, but most people are too retarded to understand that energy prices are reflected in the cost of EVERY SINGLE GOOD.

The worst thing is if we slashed taxaiton and regulations and got rid of this green energy bullshit, Germany and Austria could be amazing countries and catch up with the USA/Canada/Australia.

Sadly, we are going the opposite direction. With more green bullshit expect a rapid decline in standards of living due to even higher prices in all sectors.

Insane housing bubble in every single one of these, you either live with your parents or with roommates. Cucksheds go for millions, it's worse than in USA or other western countries. Bunch of chinks and/or muslims, nigs and other cockroaches. Taxes are brutal in UK, somewhat less in other countries.

>western Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Benelux)
Everything is already said in this thread, I don't need to tell you again how bad it is.

>Switzerland
So far so good, probably the best off country in Europe. Not ideal, but close to it.

>southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy)
At first glance they seem poor, although I believe general quality of life is much better compared to western Europe, particularly in north Italy or Catalonia. I'm gonna be honest though I haven't done much research on these countries so I might be wrong, if some anons is living there feel free to correct me.

>norhtern Europe (Scandinavia)
Overtaxed socialist nightmares. It's probably not that bad if you're a min wage worker, it's probably great then. Slovenia, Czechia and Slovakia seem like a good countries both for business and living. I'm from Serbia which is honestly and Africa tier shithole, at least taxes are low but that doesn't mean much since you earn an African tier wage even as an engineer or doctor.

And that's it, everything else is an even bigger shithole. My best picks would be Switzerland, USA and than certain Eastern European countries like Slovenia, Czechia or maybe even Estonia in the Baltics. Although learning Estonian would be a bitch of a task.

Actually US has among the best medical facilities and treatment outcomes in the world. If you have insurance it's actually less expensive than Germany. Eat the "bad" cuts from beef, thats healthier anyway since there is more gelantine. Just make gulasch or meat soup.
Beef organic isnt really better, just look if they are fed grass and maybe are outside. Organic beef and milk (and honey) can have a lot of Johanniskreuzkraut and other Unkraut which is very liver toxic. And these plants are more common by then year because of the shit Ökowahn (did you think the greens are right with this?). Glyphosat is the thing against this or fertilizers organics dont use. similar arguemts can be made against almost all organic foods besides chicken, eggs and fish, where im not aware of some. Basically organic is largely a scam in the longrun.

I dont want to eat like this but I got serious about training and changed up my entire diet and I feel 100% better and have more energy than from teh crap I used to eat before. and then I would still spend 300-400 euro a month. I guarantee most people have no idea how much better they would feel if they started eating real food. Im actually a lot more hardcore about this, I stay away from microplastics whererver I can to optimize my endocrine system. organic floss, only bottled water, no shampoo, organic deodorant. you can call me crazy but I feel better than I have ever before, no more depression, no more brain fog, no more energy crashing throughout the day. I think most people seriously underestimate how much poison we are being bombarded with on a daily basis through food, cosmetics and so forth. thats also why I stay away from regular vegetables and berries, I dont think organic/bio is a scam at all. I want to minimize my exposure to pesticides and endocrine disruptors and if I have to pay a couple of hundred bucks more a month, then so be it. of course if the unwashed masses werent completely retarded we would have stricter food standards, people would demand more high quality and you wouldnt have to jump through all these hoops. but as you can see even in this thread most people dont give a shti about anything, theyre happy handing half their money over to the state and getting fucked up the ass as long as theres beer in the fridge and a football game on TV.

so you work at an insurance and want to tell me I need insurance. go figure. there is absolutely no law that says you need health insurance as a self employed person, there are certain types of self employed that are obliged to have it, but not all.
>to shit on the public health insurance in germany shows your endless stupidity since its objectivly one of the best in the world
lmao try private health insurance for a week and then we talk again, the difference to public health insurance is like night and day. as a selbstzahler you get private insurance level service but you only pay when you actually need something done. FWIW I saved over 25k in insurance fees already and had less than 2k in expenses during the same time. If I need something done I pay it out of pocket. And if I ever want to join a health insurance I have an anwartschaft. now go back to your cubicle hans.

Impossible burgers (completely meat free) have an estrogen precursor in them, that is the PRIMARY chemical in women's heat flash medication to boost their estrogen at the SAME quantity.

Eating impossible burgers will literally give you breast growth as a male if you eat them every day.

what most people in this thread don't seem to realize is that unless you are in the top 10% of earners, you won't be getting rich off a monthly wage in under 30 years of saving.

it's basic math, let's say you earn a generous 4,000 a month and only spend 1,000 of that on living expenses, that still only nets you 36,000 a year in savings, 360,000 for 10 years of savings and barely a million with 30 years of savings, those numbers are pathetic.

The only true way to wealth is to make your own wealth, either through investing in the right things, creating a business or whatever else you can think of to make money.

>Why slovenia, Czechia and Estonia though? Arent the salaries low?
They are, but I just gave them as an example of the most developed eastern Euro countries. Some EE countries are great if you are a business owner because of cheap labour and low taxes (Czech, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia, Estonia, Lithuania) if you can manage with a somewhat slow bureaucracy and sometimes weak judicial systems.
If you're looking just to work as a wagie EE is definitevely substandard.
