Why would chainlink ever be used in this vaccination program you shitskin. Data of whether one person has had it isn't eligible for multiple feeds and therefore decentralisation. None of the program benefits from being fed onto blockchain anyway. Beyond that cost is the overriding concern in government health initiatives and so using an expensive third party oracle and blockchain system is a laughable idea when they will use their own free database. Finally healthcare is never a pioneer for information technology, it can't be given the real world consequences of mistakes. We recently only moved over onto a paperless, all online system and it's a web 1.0 antiquated system. Hospitals and vax programmes will start using blockchain a decade after ubiquitous industry use.
