https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Failure_to_deliver
>As a remedy for this in the United States, Regulation SHO was designed.[2] Stocks bought and sold in transaction must be settled within 2 days. The buyer must deliver the cash and the seller the stock. If either party fails, a failure-to-deliver takes place.[3] Sometimes deliberate fails-to-deliver are used to profit from falling stocks (see Bear market), so that the stock can later be purchased at a lower price, then delivered, e.g. in the week of March 10, 2008, just before the failure of Bear Stearns, the fails-to-deliver increased by 10,800 percent.[3]

Sunw was shot up to close to 8 at 6 am. Then again a little before 10 am.

SPI was a little different because the pump started mid day on Thursday, but it was at 27 premarket this morning before dropping off right at the bell.

If cbat is truly the next one, it might follow more closely with sunw. Although its hard to say if it will be the exact same. Im going to look for a high sell point premarket. Hopefully its still pumping by 5 am 6 am, sell half then hikd the other half incase it goes much higher like spi
