I just want to quit working and have a nice house to play in. Basement spa with gym and lap pool 8*45', maybe 5 or 6' deep. A power cage, two treadmills, three benches, dB rack, and oly platform. 7*7*7 sauna, 4*7*7 steam shower, hot tub with contrast pool, two massage tables, and I'll probably keep my same waxing and oils collection, maybe I finally drop the $250 for glass pump bottles that look nicer and etch the name/artwork I like on them, looks better than plastic with labels they come in. Will build two nice massage tables and have house call aestheticians come so I don't have to wax and foam roll myself.
Main floor will have my dream kitchen, a nice game room with billiards and bar, and office. Master suite will have floor to ceiling pink marble, one of those meme soaking tubs and shower with two or three heads. All on a smallish piece of land 20-30 minutes from town/city. 3mm in ETFs and maybe a million for land and construction and I'm set. I'm willing to wait a bit for steaking though, so the ETFs will come from that. While I'm waiting on the million I'll be traveling around looking for the right city. Looking at mississippi, Tennessee, and Missouri the closest, but Virginia and the Carolinas have potential. I like hunting and fishing, but I also like music and doing city stuff. Let's say I'm filthy rich I might just buy a condo for 750k downtown so I can have some fun weekends when caught up on doing the country shit.
Coronavirus is a total meme, it has no impact on being able to enjoy money. Maybe travel took a hit but that's temporary, a year from now.
