Nah, it helps me actually.
I'm so emotionally disconnected though. I have a hard time figuring out when to stop doing anything. If I had just relaxed for the rest of the day instead of kept going at it, I would have had +$300 in my wallet right now. But my brain wanted more, and I didn't see a reason to not go for more even though I was actually stressed out.

If my dad hadn't walked in, I would probably be okay right now.
