What’s wrong with it. Got a cheeky 9 LINK today. Price of 1LP is around 85 ETH giving me a 25 ETH profit per LP. That’s $9k.

Amidst all this chaos, LP is for SURE without a DOUBT the comfiest hold I’ve had on a long time.

Didn’t they confirm something with ETH staking too? And I think profits from that get redistributed towards LP holders. Like, what more could I want.

What really needs to happen for this to become best investment of the year though is for the fucking LINK team to introduce staking.

Tell me what point you think wasn’t good and I’ll answer for you.

Like I said, I’m $9k profit for each LP I own. Yeah it’s no moon missing but it’s comfy. The price of it has held up well too. I could literally sell it now and be happy. Compared to most other shitcoins atm it’s holding up remarkably well.

And then of course the rewards every two weeks. Yeah that not much but $90 for me is a new ps5 game. Like I said. COMFY.

How's it cope? Linkpool prices have crashed not a bit in the past month.

try to sell a few now and come back

I just don't get the need now when you can stake LINK in farm pools

Last few sales have an average of around 90 ETH I’d say. It adds up to 0.82 LP. I have no doubt that I could sell my LP for 80 ETH over a few days.

I guess so but this seems far more safe. They have said any lost LINK will be reimbursed by them if something goes wrong with staking. Anyway, LP owners also get a share of staking rewards and they are also adding ETH staking. Importantly, the payout is in LINK. Whether you think LINK is a shitcoin or not is another debate. But as of yet, LINK is far more rewarding than SUSHI. More stability, more future viability.

Yeah we don’t know the rewards of LINK staking yet but let’s see. Like I said, it’s comfy. No moon mission but stability and no stress feels good man.

my point is that it's so low vol, so if even more than like 5 holders want to sell it will dump. Staking contracts are much better and do exactly the same or

Hahaha dude your link tokens have fallen 50%. You’re happy to made 9 link holy shit.

But one wants to sell. Buy orders are there and eventually people do end up buying but at the sellers price. I check it every so often and buyers end up giving in and increasing price.

Yes staking contracts are more profitable but it just seems kinda temporary atm with a lot of people getting burnt. For people to have made money on SUSHI for example a bunch of people must have lost so much. LP rewards seem much more stable, in theory I guess.

>> No.22681298

but why can't people just create a LINK staking contract then instead of all the LP token drama?

Money is money bro. If I was a billionaire I’d still be happy if I found a $10 note on the floor.

Well the LINK are massively behind here but staking from LP is supposed to be used as collateral for correct data. LP currently has the most used nodes. People won’t use random nodes for correct data. Therefore they won’t really be able to stake LINK without using someone’s nodes. It doesn’t have to be LP, I know there are a few other nodes that are being used quite a bit but LP is the most used.

Of course this depends massively on LINK but again. LP is holding up well and they’re even doing their own thing without being completely reliant on LINK.

yes I totally support the idea, but it just seems they are falling behind in tech
