18k just increased from 14k stack reporting for duty. If you study STA chart from the beginning of v3 it pumps super hard about every 2 months (happened 2 times now). Were slowly but surely approaching the period of next pumps where most people have finally taken profits and weak hands of faggots who bought the top have been shaken out. All it needs is a decent spark to set it off which I believe will be once eth and link start pumping again as it is partially tied to them.
