So to clarify, if you do any of the farming pools (eth-stablecoin) you get a split of the 583,333 UNI that are distributed per pool per week, roughly 1% gain, plus the pool fees (which is ~20% year, give or take).
Pooling ETH-UNI right now is 568%/year in fees at current volume, but the return in USD will be less as UNI keeps pumping. How much the impermanent loss will be is hard to tell, it'll depend on how much UNI pumps and when.

Turns out the solution is cancel payment, to go into metamask advanced settings and reset account, refresh page on uniswap then do it again.
