It will stay the most undervalued crypto coin until it hits $500 million market cap.
Stay tuned.

I know this coin is a scam because it enhances bitcoin and ethereum the biggest scams since gold or pennies. Did you know pennies are worth more for their material than their monetary worth? I would stay far far far far far far far away from pennies, gold, ethereum, bitcoin, and XSN.

question for cold stakers: how long does it take to start getting staking rewards? I have 300 xsn in the cloud, i have it setup in my xsn wallet, but it's been about 3 days and I still haven't gotten my MN staked (i have one MN). My cloud stuff is getting rewards though. I've read it can take a while.

Hey man. I was eating breakfast.
Look at all the other DEX tokens, the DeFi ICOs, their tokenomics, and their market caps.
XSN is considerably more advanced than any of them and it has a market cap maybe 10%.
The downside of buying in is that it has haphazard volume and its still not on a decent exchange. The upside of buying in is that this entire market is heating up at a rapid rate and its sitting atop the most substance and a L2 DEX model that more and more experts are proposing as a good scalable, sustainable ecosystem.
It's taking a risk to invest in the grassroots future of crypto, despite the current status quo.

XSN's strength comes from
>native interoperability with other blockchains
>offsetting burdensome tx to allow for greater scaling on those networks
While XSN offers a code-agnostic dapp platform of its own, its not trying to compete but rather enhance multiple aspects of the Bitcoin and Ethereum economies.

BTC for payment.
ETH for settlement.
XSN for bridging infrastructure so the payment and settlement layers can both scale with as little resistance as possible.
I think BTC and ETH maxis will come around.
Half the perception is substance. The other half is money markets and backers. You don't need substance to get money markets, backers, and hype but you do need substance to stay around for longer than a week. In that regard, I believe XSN is very much heading in the right direction. It's already a sure thing. It just needs better money markets. Sooner or later, one of the big exchanges will list XSN and others will follow to compete.

You do understand that once the eth integration into the xsn light wallet is completed they can add any layer 2 solution? It doesn't just have to be raiden. Also LINK isn't a DEX. It's a framework for building decentralised oracles. XSN is a blockchain so any devs will be able to build on top of it too.

>We are excited to announce the release of new capabilities for the larger Ethereum community by enabling the combined use of Arbitrum and Chainlink, which will enable Arbitrum’s unique form of trust-minimized smart contract computation to be used both securely and easily in the computation of any data-enabled Solidity based smart contract that uses Chainlink.
How does Link+Arbitrum communicate with chains outside of Ethereum? It appears to deal strictly with smart contracts written in Solidity, although if Arbitrum is run from VMs it should be able to offer code-agnosticism from the L2 end.

2 questions.
What does the "token lock-in" in phase 2 entail?
When will they get to phase 4? Specifically with regards to atomic swaps and DEX integration.

>> No.22565320

Transactions were all being done on chain and it got congested.

Uniswap currently has more than 1b daily volume, but transactions are on-chain so ETH gas fees are through the roof.

Stakenet is solving this by implementing the Raiden Network, AND the Lightning Network to perform instant off-chain transactions which are way cheaper.

All the fees that are collected from people trading is used to pay masternode owners, AND to buy up XSN and burn it from the total supply.

In other words, XSN will be deflationary, just like Bitcoin. Once people realize how EASY it is to use their DEX, volume is going to go through the roof.

The most convincing fud was that normies would have a hard time opening/renting channels and then waiting for them to go active. There was truth in that. Now there is a straightforward way to immediately swap upon deposit to an L1 wallet with pic related. This took took the many contingencies and pre-reqs for making L2 trades and turned it into a one-stop "it'll be done in 25 minutes if you're sending from L1 but it's only $1" solution.

>> No.22565793

But it won't have a web version that normies can use via metamask. Shrug.

I don't know, anon. Not to say there isn't money there but only to a point.
A bespoke app would attract more normies.
As far as I know the mobile version of the multi-currency light wallet will initially be for storage and cold-staking as LND and Raiden presently live on x86-64. Stakenet is capable of interacting with other layer 2 protocols outside of Lightning and Raiden. With interchain economy being the objective, there may be other protocols and mobile-friendly developments that could be bridged for deeper interop.

I believe you've been misinformed. Stakenet has been going for almost 3 years straight. Hardcore, non-stop development. No ICO. Grassroots community.
X9 was rather ahead of the curve in opting to develop on L2 back in 2018, when "CEXs were too big to be replaced". It will take years for everyone else to catch up to them.

there will be a mobile version - unfortunately metamask wouldn't be extensible enough to function for the dex due to the interoperability of the lite wallet and dex.

there is no reason the dex couldn't be ported to a website - it just isn't a priority because the team wants the dex to be truly decentralized, and a website creates a single point of failure.
