I don't know what you consider making it but I'd suggest you play around with sta's profit calculator file and look at what kind of returns you'd be looking at with that stack and sta at 3-5 dollars.
People keep thinking of sta in terms of price per token but the real value is in pooling.

I have not but I looked at the Digifinex one and they're not "promoting it" the sell orders are at 14 cents and their bots are just trading it back and forth between 7 cents. Based on my experience on other exchanges if you place buy orders they won't get filled, the bots will just trade closer and closer to the real sell price.
