You retards don't seem to understand that Arbitrum is a scaling solution... Also it takes a few HOURS for a single TX. This is unacceptable for most users currently on ETH. It will be acceptable for businesses who don't need transactions to be instantaneous. But most of ETH traffic is from DeFi right now, which cannot be helped by Arbitrum.
