My understanding is that you'll farm Mana by staking vamp. Mana will protect you from a negative rebase (i.e. lower it's impact) while also increasing your rebase if it's positive.

Hopefully there’s a bunch of trannies on the Dev team so some trendy faggot magazine can do an article and send it to the moon after the /biz/ aristocracy guild has firmly established a sizable market share
