I'd still hold through Q3 anyways since it's easier to just hold through the coinflip instead of trying to second-guess it. im in the electrical engineering field and have been a PC gamer for decades so i know a lot about the field. it's also way cheaper and with more room for growth than NVDA. even though it has gotten expensive (used to be in the 40-50 range) i still like it a lot because the daily volume is always high as fuck. one of the biggest issues with penny stocks are that they are "low float" which means there aren't a lot of public shares available for trading which means you get intraday charts that look like a bar code.

better to have a stock where every day every minute has 100-200k shares traded and you'll probably only buy 50-100 at a time, compared to a stock that has 100-200 shares traded per minute most days and you need 50k-100k shares at a time. AMD and similar companies also have strong track records and economic moats in case you want to do longer term long-bias trades, whereas penny stocks often make no money and have huge cash burn and will probably go bankrupt in 5 years.
