I rather sell 10k at ~2$ 20k at 5$ and so on than to keep it all up to 10$ and see it crash down. I will be taking profits along the way, but never fully cashing out.

Outskirts of Amsterdam for example 20 min from the city center and you can easily live off 2.5k makes you slap in the middle middle-class. If you do countryside you can get a nice house and live very comfy.
