I'll buy a house. Can already afford one with a mortgage but ideally id like one paid in full. Don't have much else planned. Upgrade my car. I'll keep working, trading and investing on the side. I'll probably get a less stressful position at work, maybe change company from a big nationwide chain to a local family owned shop. I'll spend more time on my hobbies.
