With 50k its hard to give a shit about the price. We need steaking now. 5% gives you $600/wk, 6% $725/wk, and 8% $969.0w0/wk. That's right now at current prices. Return to ATH is $960/1.15k/1.5k per week. I don't know about y'all but I can get by on that if it means I don't have to work. At $800/wk it replaces my part time job. At 2.1k/wk it replaces all my income including overtime. I already live on less than I earn so this will be making it.
