I just got done with a job I was way too qualified for. They did multiple tech interviews and flew me out to meet the fucking team.
I wrote out a 60 page transition plan for their infrastructure in the week I had before I started and did a 4 hour meeting laying it all out.
They fired me that same day and unironically told me they need to meet a diversity quota. They are open source and I am watching them do everything I wrote out.
I cannot even start to explain how mad I am right now.

Send them a bill for the following :

>Time spent scoping.
>Ridiculous unfair dismissal if possible, although you would have signed a contract that probably means you can get fired during the probational period.
LAWYER THE FUCK UP, you legit have one of the best cases because you're about to rip them apart in legal fees and remediation. Also if they are using your code and documentation without your permission as that plan is literally before the contract signing date its legally your work.
