WTF is wrong with you. You think a wash traded, heavily manipulated, futures protected market would rather cut its own throat and go far below the price of production than crab. Crabbing slowly milks the market until dumb money charges in and makes them richer. The short sellers never get to kill the miners. That's not how it fucking works.

A huge amount of dumb fiat is required to create reserves that allow the miners to operate at a loss for awhile. DeFi circle jerk leveraging is not that.
