Yeah, post dummies. It's definitely possible by Roy. There are already companies like Splunk committed to xDai and they have 10x the mcap of reddit. I would say its heavily undervalued and under utilized. The problem is this is crypto and more specifically eth. There are already plenty of solutions to ethereums scaling issues but none of them are used. If everyone continues sleeping on this shit then it's just going to be more money in Chinas pocket until the official solution comes out in 3 years.

I'm hoping the xDai uniswap clone turns some heads because it's clearly a better alternative and everyone has been fucked by the food craze gas fees except for the miners who are probably threatening to assassinate money skele if he does anything about it.

It's hard to trade without liquidity since the prices will swing rapidly. Uniswap has a lot of liquidity because it has a lot of users. If people with big bags don't use the xDai one then it will be hard for it take off.

Doesn't it cost a fair bit of gas to
1. Bridge tokens from ETH to xDai
1.5 perform some low cost fast transactions on xDai Uniswap
2. Bridge tokens out from xDai to ETH?

Or is gas cost total there less?
I would suspect the point of xDai is to move as much as possible of Ethereums dapps off to xDai but that seems like a way to really fracture Eth...

The thing is it is designed to be really similar to ETH and was designed to basically compliment ETH. It's not trying to do a Polkadot/Cosmos where it is designed to interoperate with ETH for the sole purpose to siphon off some of ETH's value and hopefully move some projects off ETH to their ecosystems. There is a reason so many Ethereum maximalists love xDai.

I have 50% in xDai because it's the single stable chain in the market and tested for 2 years.

It's impossible for me to see this going back to 10 mill MC, even with BTC at 1000 $ and not winning the Reddit competition and not being the L2 solution.
xDai chain is unique.ETH 2.0 doesn't resolve the high gas fees and L2 is not secure.
Critical dev information is not shared with investors, they just make promises.
