Royalty companies are generally safer than miners, but even they carry risks, like over-spending, or under-capitalization. In my opinion, the greatest amount of money (100-400x) is going to be made in the silver miners like Impact, Aurcana, and Bayhorse. But it all depends on how strongly you believe in PMs and how much risk you are willing to undertake. I don't have any doubt in my mind that silver is going to soar, so I don't buy royalty companies, I simply go straight to the miners with proven ounces in the ground.

aurcana has much more upward potential, you could have bought them a few months ago at 68 cents.

Some things to like about Metalla:

1) The royalties have an emphasis on silver.

2) The management buy shares on the open market, and don't spoil price run-ups by selling.

3) Excellent share-structure.

But I look at the market-cap ($420 million) and think, would I rather buy this or:

1) For $160 million market cap, the second-oldest silver property in Mexico, more than twice as large as the country of Lichtenstein; with 4500 abandoned silver mines going back all the way to the time of Cortez, 10 years of production, an excellent financial situation, and a silver-bull CEO who has out-survived his competitors for 14 years? (Impact)

2) For $200 million market cap, the highest-grade silver project in the world, and which is now very near to production (Aurcana)?

3) For $20 million market cap, a real producing silver mine in a safe jurisdiction with at least 12 million ounces in the ground, a frugal, intelligent CEO and four PhD geologists, along with a second property in Brandywine? (Bayhorse)

>>22372254

You're welcome.

>>22372289

When silver doubled between '62 and '68, the average silver penny stock went up 160x. If we revert to a GSR of 1:15 silver will do much more than double, -- inflation-adjusted for the 1980 ATH, it would be $600 today -- so 100-400x for companies like Impact is completely possible to me. Even companies like DSV, with market caps of half a billion, could go 50x and become the Kirkland Lakes of silver.

I'm convinced Impact will surprise us all. Management keeps surpassing expectations and as a true silver producer, when this silver bull run peaks they'll go nuts. Really depends on if they can find more silver on their properties. They also have a third mine on care and maintenance which will probably start up again soon.

Aurcana's got a great mine at RV too and they'll likely find way more silver within that mountain. They haven't drilled the other parts of the mountain but it completely makes sense that there's more silver in the unexplored areas as they're just horizontal and vertical continuations of their mine workings. I shilled Aurcana here some months ago and it seems like you guys really love the stock.

Nice info on Metalla. I keep a small position now along with some other royalties like Maverix and EMX for a safe bedrock portion in the portfolio. The rest is just juniors, 65% silver 35% gold. Don't like Sandstorm as I'm worried about turkey. Really wanted to like Osisko Royalties too but the Barkerville shit pissed me off. Big thanks to Pan Man for showing us that inside info though.

Speaking of which Pan Man's picks are damn legit. He pushed for Strikepoint some weeks ago and they're popping off like crazy now. Again, he hit us with the inside info before the market found out. Dolly Varden is another fantastic pick, as are Skeena and Eskay. All the Golden triangle stuff, which he literally worked at. That's crazy.

Here's hoping silver really gets that high. I think all the Precious Metals guys who've done their work know that silver passing 50$ is guaranteed, and probably will happen next year. The part nobody's really saying out loud is we'll very likely pass $100 as like you said, inflation adjusted, we're nowhere near ATH. I just hope it's not in a hyperinflation scenario.

>> No.22373142

Dolly Varden is an excellent one. Has a heavy Sprott position in it ($10 million the last time I checked?), $10 million in cash after the recent PP, four former operating mines on the property, a history of 20 million ounces produced, and 88 square kilometres of territory, of which only 3% has been explored in detail. All for a market cap of $100 million.

I wish also that silver could go up in a merely inflationary environment, not one of hyper-inflation. But the reason why I invest in silver is precisely because I see hyper-inflation as unavoidable. If our politicians lack the intelligence or the desire to balance their budgets and prick the asset-bubbles now, I don't think that they will be any more willing to do so one or two years from hence, when they will have printed tens of trillions more. I think that they will simply print our currencies into oblivion, and then blame it all on their pet cause célèbre the coronavirus. To do the manly thing and stop printing now would require deflating the stock market by 90% and undoing virtually all socialist policies, and no politician elected under universal suffrage will ever have that kind of courage.

I am glad my boys are giving me legit info, and I love that I passed it on at the right moments too. Also its looking like Osisko Royalities is kicking the Barkerville Project into high gear this sept / oct. They just hired locals to clear up the ruins at the Ballarat F Grant next to the Barkerville historic site, and are prepping it for a massive 100-200 man camp, core farm and auxiliary support site. There are rumors as well that a segmented version of their controversial concentrator plan may go in at the "Forest Rose" claim site next door, but that might be a red herring.

>>Ive started to invest in a few miners i believe in, but i cant help but think they would get dragged down together with the rest of the market in the case of another leg down

We have already seen that this will not be the case. When Tesla crashed -15%, the miners sold off at first; but they rallied and ended by going positive on the day, even as Tesla crashed to a further -21%. I have been pointing out in these threads for months that, when the Dow had its second leg down in the 1929 collapse, and crashed 90%, Homestake Mining, the ancestor of Barrick Gold, rose 90%. Jeff Clark shows that this is normal behaviour for the miners during stock market collapses.

https://goldsilver.com/blog/how-would-gold-perform-in-a-second-stock-market-crash/

Michael Oliver has been right more often than any other person about PMs. He predicted:

1) The 2001-2011 PM bull market;

2) The 2012-2015 gold crash;

3) The 2016 bottom in gold;

4) The recent breakout of silver from $17 to $30.

He is saying, unequivocally, that, over the coming weeks and months, the miners are going to soar, even as the rest of the stock market crashes. He said this first on Palisade Radio, and more recently to maneco64.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbYC2b2FTas&ab_channel=PalisadeRadio

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGaO1gAiZb4&ab_channel=maneco64

Think about it rationally. Why would anybody toss away their Newmont stocks at this point, which pay a $1 dividend per share? Miners aren't worthless froth like Tesla or Bitcoin, which people buy simply in order to pass on to a greater fool. Real, excellent value is backing them.

I believe that the people spreading fud about the miners crashing have an agenda. They _want_ the miners to go down, so that they can buy more for themselves. But people who don't get in now, before the Q3 earnings come out in three weeks, may miss the opportunity of a lifetime.

I am not sure if its only rumors but a company called Taranis Resources may try and buy some land in Rossland BC off a near defunct explorer. The Property is called I.X.L and Midnight, they were incredibly rich claims worked for over 100 years off and on, but was abandoned due to how difficult the ore structure was to follow. Some shipments of ore from the I.X.L were over 1500oz per tonne gold, but this could be the low end as at the time people kept stealing the ore before it reached smelters. https://www.jjgmining.com/
Also look into Surge Copper, their Ootsa Project is some of my old stomping grounds, and its hosted past producers like the Huckleberry Copper mine and Emerald Glacier Silver mine, which in the 1920s under James Cronin backed by Rockerfeller money pulled 20k oz of silver from in 2 years before weather forced its closure.

Was going to ask you Pan Man, what is your opinion of Klondike Silver? Don't understand how the share price is so low. 10-million-dollar market cap, but the upside potential seems immense. An existing permitted mill, located in Canada, and 40 million ounces produced to date. One of the best value-investments ever? Thank you for all your interesting posts on these threads.

"Klondike Silver is the dominant landholder in the Slocan Silver Lead Zinc Camp in South Eastern British Columbia. Its claims host 68 of the 173 past-producting mines in the Camp and produced a total of 40.5 Moz of silver, 350 Mlb of lead and 160 Mlb of zinc

The biggest of these producers was the Silvana Mine which produced 7.8 Moz Ag at 13.87 oz/t, 63 Mlb Pb at 5.62% and 58 Mlb of Zn at 5.15%

Klondike Silver's land package includes over half of the Main Lode: an approximately 9 km long prolific vein that hosted the biggest producing mines in the area. 1.5km of the Main Lode is virtually unexplored – “The Silver Mile”.

The project has an active Mine Permit, a 100 ton per day mill and a licenced tailings pond facility. The mill is 1.5 hours from Teck Corp.’s Trail lead-zinc smelter

Once economic mineralisation is identified, mining can commence rapidly due to the amount of existing underground mine workings $KS.V."

I don’t know why but this hit me in the feels. My mother is old and she used to tell me that their is a t cup for every plate. I believe she genuinely thought this Because that’s how society was. Now we live in some Jewish dystopia that not only fucked up moral and righteous relationships between the sexes and thus family creation; but also found a way to profit off of it by selling these men cheap goods made by pretty much slaves. I don’t know what’s around the corner, or what the future holds; but I do know if the lord allows my stack to moon I will die trying to undue this darkness that has encompassed the entirety of humanity. Ten years or more for this commodities bull market is the only thing that makes sense to me. Answering to a ten-year-long bear market which was the longest and cruellest in history, along with the incoming collapse of our paper-money and asset-bubble-inflated system. Commodities have been low because the dollar has been strong. When the dollar collapses, all the countries which were oppressed by its tyranny will boom.

>>22377583

The larger small-cap producers should be available to you on DeGiro via the NYSE. Alexco, McEwen Mining, Great Panther. You can also buy Adriatic Metals, Hochschild Mining, and the GDXJ on the LSE. The small-caps in Frankfurt, however, will be rather illiquid until this bull market goes mainstream, so you are taking a risk of not being able to get out easily when you buy them. If you don't have time to set up another broker, however, you may be willing to accept that risk. Bid-ask spread on some stocks is not that bad. Aurcana, for example, is 0.575 euros bid, 0.59 euros buy. Make sure you always look at the real price of the stock on ceo.ca, and do a currency conversion from Canadian dollars to euros, to make sure that you are paying a fair price for it.

A financial collapse won't be a one week thing. You don't know how long it will last, not how bad it will be. In the US many states and counties are quietly dismantling the police force by removing things like qualified immunity for officers. This means that they can be sued by every piece of shit they arrest, effectively making it so that no one with an IQ higher than 80 will be a police officer.

>inb4 cops are already that stupid

We're also moving into the Fifth Republic which will be a Civil rights republic. My family and friends will be persecuted by the state and by society for having the wrong skin color (white), and it won't be long before some brown demagogue comes along blaming whitey for the economic collapse and spurs them to do the same thing all browns do when they come to power: ethnic cleansing. They already blame us for all the world's evils anyway.

The dark night of Western civ hasn't even gotten started. The last time a collapse of a magnitude similar to what is coming occurred it lasted over a thousand years. I'm not going to risk being unprepared out of hubris or naivete.

Also, practicing your shooting takes a lot of ammo.

If you buy physical, only buy Britannias. They are CGT-free. Reputable dealers are Atkinsons and Chards. Silver britannias, however, now carry a 90% premium.

To avoid paying premiums and VAT, you can store bullion in overseas vaults on GoldMoney; BullionVault; OneGold; GoldSwitzerland; or buy Sprott's PHYS/PSLV on the stock market.

You can also buy mining stocks. The Vanguard indices are GDX/GDXJ, SIL/SILJ.

depends on news.

Crabbing up is always a possibility, early adopters are in PM's, and the smart money is slowly trickling in. The issue is that this is not a sector with billions of shares and more ready to be made, even one guy like buffer throwing .5 billion at a miner is a big deal.

>Take square or two of toilet paper
>Fold into 1/4s

We happen to be at the end of our civilizational cycle, and we will be living through the opening acts of the collapse. Shit will get worse for a time, then start to get better again. Got another 20k to spend and while I am most comfy with a dragonstack I can fondle and gaze upon in autistic admiration, I'm going to take some of the good tips here and allocate rather more towards stocks than usual.

Unrelated, but what happens to silver ETFs if there is a failure on COMEX and they cash settle contracts? Is SLV vulnerable, has it been secretly plundered by JPM or Blackrock? What about SIVR (managed by HSBC I think). I don't have anything but cheapo call options (12-18 strike) for Dec and early next year but really have no idea what happens to ETFs if/when COMEX fails to deliver on some contracts, silver moons, or some other 2020-tier bullshit happens. buy low sell high.

My advice to you is that most brokers have "practice" accounts where you make pretend investments you can follow along. Use these for a bit to get comfy with the tools and stuff, and to get you to follow tickets, market news, and start developing your spider sense.

Personally I try to vet companies as best as I can so I am comfy they are not total shit bags. Then I try to wait till they have a down day or two to buy, then I wait till they are up 10-30% to sell, and then if I want to keep playing I buy back in after they go back down.
