there's a guy on youtube who melts down silver and purifies it, but the guy is like a legit chemist with legit equipment and he literally has it down to a science. that's just the purification process and if you don't have a chemistry degree, you're going to have a tough time

once you get 999 silver, you basically just get or create a mold, and melt the silver and dump it into the mold. you'll need a small foundry, which you can build and use propane to heat the silver. it's getting the purity that's the hard part
