Is there any reason to long term hold anything other than BSV? I can't think of a single project other than BSV that will be relevant in 10 years

Long term there isn't, but that long term probably means around 5 years or so. Imo for the upcoming bullrun the most comfy portfolio would be 50% BSV, 40% Polkadot, and 10% whatever else that can go up. It would be both safe, and gains could be enormous.
