My primary indicators are a two lines oscillator thingy kind of like macd but more responsive/less laggy, and the chaikin money flow to double check just in case volume isn't total ass on the building momentum up. When a stock or index drops by a few times it's normal volatility range as S&P and Nasdaq did last week, my oscillator thing usually does not generate a buy signal for at least three days after the sharp red move. Sometimes it's a week plus. Sometimes, if the thing went bearish reversal, it's months before buy signal happens.

I expect this to be a fairly brief dip in the index bull charge but we'll see.

So how bad of an idea is it to buy, for example, GME $30 strike January calls? Is there a liquidity issue in that if you try selling them during the squeeze, literally no one will be retarded enough to buy, or what is the issue here? Would a $20 or $15 strike be a better idea?
