it's more like a series of impulses down, with inadequate responsive buying as seen in the upper portion of the formation, these are proper bear flags, toight like a toiger and clearly defined then at the bottom you can see the responsive buying has matched the impulse selloffs and created a more rounded bottom. looking at the whole thing you could call it a large bear flag but it's a very shitty one

the next impulse when it happens could go either way, but i think that move down is done and now we're waiting for something new. assuming it will go down just based off that last big move is risky because it looks like the selling has now been matched by buying, hope that makes sense, look at "impulse" and "response" to get an idea of when a move is finished or is going to continue
