This. Shorter guys' intrinsic value is less than an average height fellow, much less than a tall stud. Because of that, they have no choice but to produce and contribute to society to derive their own worth.

On the other end of the spectrum, I suspect this is the reason why women aren't too enthused about investing and making money.
