yes
no direct money tho, I'd do zero-interest loans or paying urgent things like medical bills.
maybe if I was really rich I'd buy them a house/cars/things like that if they need it.
also if they become a troon they get nothing.

Fuck no, my parents and siblings believe crypto is a scam. I'm going to buy a mansion in a gated community once I make so they can never easily drive up to me whenever they need money.

*all should not have to worry about money

they should have basic things covered
(house, car, living expenses, etc)
they should have investments that generate income

Yeah once I get my passive income to above the average salary then my plan is to help my family make it. Then once I get them decent enough income I focus on getting myself multi-millionaire rich.

People that are given things will only abuse your generosity. Taking them out to dinner is one thing, but buying someone a house isn’t doing anyone a favor. When you buy someone purchase something like that you literally stunt their growth as an individual.

giving a apartment/house to your sibling/mother/father would "generally" be detrimental to them?

digits
but my immediate family is fairly fiscally responsible already and don't really need my help. I'd save buying anything like a house or car for them for if I become ridiculously wealthy anyways.
I'd still do things like pay medical bills if i was merely a multimillionaire tho, but only for immediate family.

>> No.22271700

>>22271563
Yes, you are creating a being that is less capable to produce for themselves. Therefore, stunting their growth as individuals and their ability to provide to the community at large.

>>22271578
Yea if I bought anyone a house in my family, people that are already fiscally responsible. Not the turd who basically just squander it’s functions.
My thing is I’ve seen exactly what happens when people are given huge amounts of money. It would be better to just put a house in a family trust and family could live in it as long as they were working towards buying their own house. So basically it’s a great idea for young people in college (cousins).

That's the biggest reason, I want my dad to retire so him and my mom can enjoy themselves. I would also wipe any debts my brothers have. They're good guys and I love them so I also want them to not have to worry. Then I will retreat to a life of seclusion.

>> No.22272543

>>22271700
>just put a house in a family trust
yeah that seems like a decent plan for non-immediate family
I trust my immediate family enough to not mooch off of me, they're all good people. I don't trust my cousins as much, not that I don't like them, but I don't think they're quite as financially smart as my siblings.
Could also do super low interest loans to help them out, or back any ventures they do.

No, helping my father would hurt his pride.
He enjoys paying the bills and feeling accomplished in his own way, wouldn't want to take this away from him.

I want to help my mother, but she is codependent and doesn't want to do a therapy to cure her mental problems which make her constantly create problems and attract toxic narcissistic people and manipulators.
I fear my narcissistic father and sister who only live to destroy other people's life will find out and try to make my life more difficult if I help her and they find out I have more money.

I finally almost made it after having survived their permanent psychic torture thanks to /biz/ and /pol/, and I cut all contact with them outside of the indirect contact they have through my mother.
However she shares information with them I don't want them to know like the fact it's a good time to invest in silver because I made her buy some to protect her wealth.
What can I do to help my mother? I would like to help her buy an apartment or a house in a better location outside of the city where she currently lives, but I also see how toxic her behavior is and am not sure it will work out well if I get involved and she doesn't change.
Did you experience narcissistic people going after you when they found out you had a lot of money?
Do you have suggestions on how to protect myself from them?
I am hiding my millions in Link at this moment because she is sure to tell them when she finds out...
