He spends 6 millions a week to keep up his oracle nodes on the ETH network because of the current DeFi congestion who could not be running without him...
If Link goes down to 4$ his current infrastructure would die a painful death or he would have to increase his dump size to 1.2 million Link a week.
He knows something is happening in the close future which will solve his current high cost ETH transaction problem and that he only has to keep up the current node costs for a few months with the current transaction cost pressure.
This would also explain the insider trading which caused the last Link price to spike to 20$.
