It's called an investment for a reason. Also the markets tend to go up and down in response to events in real life like Corona and the current market dips are the result of some big coin traders in Korea, one has been raided by police for fraud and another is under investigation.

This has caused bitcoin to start dropping and when bitcoin starts dropping everything else does too.

This is called the bear market. But the bulls are always watching and waiting to charge and scoop up those coins at a low price.

You gotta get rid of that instant gratification thing that society has programmed into you and wait, watch and have patience. If tokens you've invested in are dropping but you see the whole market is dropping you either sell at a stop limit and rebuy when it's lower, or wait it out if you can't time that right. Don't just sell cuz you see the market going down without some plan in mind.
