I had the same shit happen to me. I sent in discharge and severance payment paperwork, 3 fucking times. Nothing.

I called them every week, and every week "Sir, your claim is being adjudicated".

Finally after months of calling they send me to a "level 4" guy who tells me my whole case is on hold and no one has looked into it.

Thank god this guy was a boss don and knew all his shit. Sets me up right after a 3 hour phone call.
