I am really tempted to go into Palantir as a long term investment. I have already come up with a list of all the good points FOR investing in it.

Now... What could be list of all the reasons why investing in Palantir is a bad idea?

To me one reason would be that stock market is extremely frothy and it might make more sense to wait for a dip or simple DCA into Palantir over the next months before and after elections instead of rushing into a potentially overvalued IPO.

What other fundamental reasons could there be for this being a bad bet?
