This is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity to invest in what will actually be paradigm shifting tech, nobody will be able to do what RNDR plans on doing because RNDR has the patents for:

1) Allocation of gpu resources across multiple clients

https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/17/a9/82/08a73743fba53a/US8803892.pdf

2) Token-based billing model for server-side rendering

https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/59/8c/ed/c9d132d2becf9f/US9197642.pdf

Patents have a lifespan for 30 years, so this means that RNDR/OTOY will be holding the GPU rendering industry by the balls for the next 25 YEARS based on the patent filing.

Projects like iExec and Golem don't even stand a chance against RNDR because the only usecase for a decentralized cloud is for public clouds already cannot do, and that is GPU rendering and these scams are 100mil+ mcap while RNDR is 28mil. This means that at the absolutely minimum this is a 3.5x from here.

John Carmack is the CTO of Oculus VR and has made titles like Doom, Wolfenstein 3D and Quake.

Recently he made his first public endorsement of crypto through the RNDR network, the tweet is listed here:

https://twitter.com/id_aa_carmack/status/1219461206152548353?lang=en

An interaction with the RNDR founder and John has also been detailed in the attached picture.

Basically this summarizes the value that RNDR brings. As GPUs become more embedded within personal workstations a huge business opportunity is presented where idle workstations can be used to service rendering/AR/VR/AI/ML jobs. The client gets their jobs quickly completed and the miner profits through the tokens that they earn.

it’s a stable coin pegged at 25c dumb retard. it’s never meant to go over that. kys. the creator said it’s not for speculation.

Rendering is the process of photorealistic images from computer models. When people make animated disney movies they first create the basic models and animations on their computer, and then to make the frames they render them on the GPU. The thing is though that this is an extremely time consuming process and as GPU technology increases so does the quality of rendering, this makes rendering time almost constant at a very slow speed.

Watch this video to get a great idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NEzJH-JrAdw

Rendering is not the only thing that you can do with GPUs. As an example GPU power is hugely beneficial for training machine learning models compared to a traditional CPU.

Show me proof that the creator said this. He has stated the opposite many times.

Golem and iExec are trying to replace centralized cloud services which is useless, you clearly didn't thoroughly read my post.

> OTOY has stated that it will provide $0.25 worth of rendering services for one RNDR

If one RNDR = 0.25$ worth of rendering, why would it ever go above 0.25$?
If one RNDR = 100$ but only gives me 0.25$ worth of rendering, I'm getting screwed

That is the biggest sell signal. It is never going to take off just like his scam coin BAT.

Yes

>>22154741
Rendering jobs are priced in USD not render tokens. Buying right now is a steal because since OTOY guarantees at minimum 0.25 worth of computing power for 1 token it will soon never fall below this price.
